Newsletter – Mailchimp

The mailing service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (f) of the GDPR and an Order Processing Agreement in accordance with Art. 28 para. 3 clause 1 of the GDPR.

The mailing service provider may use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimise or improve their own services, e.g. for the technical optimisation of sending and the presentation of newsletters or for statistical purposes. However, the mailing service does not use our newsletter recipient data to contact recipients directly nor do they pass on the information to third parties.

Adobe fonts
We use Adobe Fonts to display fonts on our website. Adobe Fonts is a service that provides access to a font library and is provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated (Adobe), 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA.
